  • How can I book?

    It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

    1. Book Online or contact us to discuss your requirements.
    2. We will check availability and provisionally book your activity.
    3. A confirmation of your booking will then be sent once a 25% “NON REFUNDABLE PART PAYMENT” is received.
  • How much are activities?

    The cost of activities varies depending on type of activity, group size and time.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    If within two weeks of the event only the “NON REFUNDABLE PART PAYMENT” will be lost.

    We will however try to reschedule for no additional cost.

  • Do you provide catering?

    Yes!

    In addition to your team building package, we can arrange catering, from Packed Lunches, Hot or Cold Buffet or a BBQ. For the more extreme, try cooking outside on an open fire!

    Prices are from £6 per person.

  • Do you provide public transport?

    We don’t provide transport ourselves.

    Mobile Team Adventure can easily organise this for you as part of our service.

  • What do I need to wear?

    We suggest:

    • Comfortable clothing, according to the weather.
    • In winter, plenty of warm layers including a fleece jumper and waterproof jacket.
    • In summer, shorts and t-shirt if you like, but also some extra clothing in case it gets cold!
    • Jeans aren’t recommended as they aren’t very warm.
    • Please wear suitable footwear – old trainers are ideal.
    • If you have your own equipment specific to the activity then you’re welcome to bring it, for example hiking boots or a wetsuit.
  • Can I make up my own package of activities?

    Absolutely!

    All our packages are designed to suit the requirements of each individual organisation. Whatever your age, ability or gender, we can accommodate you. We can organise as much or as little as you choose – from accommodation to catering as well as you activities program. If there is something you would like that you don’t see on our website then just ask and we will do our utmost to meet your requests.

  • Where do the activities take place?

    We are based at Ardnavally Scout Centre in Belfast and hold most of our activities either here, or at Shaw’s Bridge.

    However, we are also mobile, so we can deliver activities virtually anywhere. We give you the flexibility to choose the venue for your activities. Alternatively, we can suggest and arrange the venue for you.

    We have built up a wide range of venues suitable for all groups.

  • What qualifications do the instructors have?

    Mobile Team Adventure staff are trained and qualified to National Standards in relation to their field and are highly experienced.

    All are qualified in First Aid and are trained in Child Protection.

  • What happens if the weather isn’t favourable?

    To date we have never had to cancel an event.

    If however there is inclement weather we may have to change the event or venue.
